Trace titanium stabilizes carbon to eliminate intergranular corrosion after welding, improved soft magnetic grade equivalent to 00Cr18Mo2 and SUS444, with prominent cost advantage thanks to nickel-free composition. It delivers balanced mechanical properties, moderate tensile and yield strength, strong load-bearing capacity and excellent plasticity & deep drawability. Appropriate deformation occurs under force to avoid brittle fracture; hardness can be adjusted after annealing to meet both wear resistance and long-term anti-corrosion requirements. Molybdenum greatly stabilizes passivation film, delivering much stronger resistance to chloride ions, pitting and crevice corrosion than 00Cr17Mo1, performing steadily under salt spray, coastal humidity and mild acid & alkali environments. It features stable machinability with low tool wear during turning, milling and drilling; cold drawing & centerless grinding produce workpieces with ultra-smooth surface finish and precise dimensional accuracy. It has outstanding thermoplasticity for hot working, enabling smooth hot rolling and forging for various blanks and precision electromagnetic components. Only slight work hardening appears in cold working, ensuring stable bending and cold heading while improving surface and comprehensive mechanical performance.
