00Cr17Ti is an ultra-low carbon titanium-stabilized ferritic stainless steel bright bar under national standard, with carbon content ≤0.03%. Titanium is added to fix carbon atoms and completely eliminate intergranular corrosion after welding, equivalent to AISI 439 (UNS S43035) and DIN 1.4510. It features balanced mechanical properties, moderate tensile and yield strength, strong load-bearing capacity, excellent plasticity and deep drawing formability. It can deform appropriately under force to avoid brittle fracture. Its hardness can be flexibly adjusted after heat treatment to meet both wear resistance and long-term corrosion resistance requirements. It has superior machinability with low tool wear during turning, milling and drilling, stably producing workpieces with ultra-smooth surface finish and precise dimensional accuracy. It boasts outstanding thermoplasticity for hot working, enabling smooth hot rolling and forging for various blanks and welded components. Only slight work hardening occurs in cold working, ensuring stable bending and cold heading while improving surface and comprehensive mechanical performance.
