321H is high-carbon titanium-stabilized austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel bright bar, high-temperature enhanced grade based on standard 321.
It adopts dual strengthening of high carbon and titanium: Titanium combines carbon preferentially to form stable TiC and avoid chromium depletion at grain boundaries, solving intergranular corrosion under long-term heating at 425~850℃. Carbon solid-solution strengthening greatly improves stress rupture strength and creep resistance at 500~800℃, with much higher allowable stress than standard 321 and 304H, resisting creep deformation and fracture under long-term high-temperature pressure, specially developed for medium-high temperature pressure parts in boilers, thermal power and petrochemical industries.
