Specification:1.00~300.00mm

Features:

  • Low carbon anti-intergranular corrosion

  • Smooth machinability in annealed state

  • Graded tempered high strength

  • Mo-enhanced H₂S & mild chloride resistance

  • Excellent weldability

  • Outstanding low-temperature toughness down to -60℃

Application:It is mainly used to manufacture hydropower turbine blades & runner mandrels, sour oil & gas wellhead valve stems for offshore platforms, low-temperature feedwater pump shafts for power plants, medium-low temperature desulfurization heat exchange flanges for waste incineration, coastal low-pressure circulating cooling water fasteners, low-temperature heat exchange tooling for solar thermal power stations, valve bars for chloride-free fresh water chemical reactors, standard parts for low-temperature oil & gas gathering pipelines, valve bodies for mild chloride wastewater treatment, connectors for large welded hydropower pressure structures, etc.
Widely applied in medium & large hydropower units, offshore oil & gas platforms, power plant low-temperature circulating water systems, waste heat boilers for waste incineration, coastal low-pressure fresh water cooling facilities, solar thermal low-temperature heat exchange equipment, sulfur-containing oil & gas pipelines and complete municipal wastewater treatment plants.

Core Advantages Over Competitors

1. High quality stability: Full closed-loop production with dual online spectral & metallographic inspection strictly control C, Cr, Ni, Mo with qualified ultra-low carbon & Ni-Mo ratio. Balanced martensite-retained austenite ratio 40~80% ensures negligible batch fluctuation of low-temperature impact, SCC and pitting resistance for consistent mass production of hydropower and sour oil & gas welded pressure components.

2. Excellent surface quality: Dedicated high-precision cold drawing & centerless grinding lines produce smooth bars free of scale, scratches and pits with mirror finish. Smooth surface reduces H₂S & chloride pitting initiation risk to extend fatigue life under low-temperature cyclic corrosion service; secondary polishing is unnecessary for most precision machining.

3. Ultra-high dimensional accuracy: Precision cold rolling mills and automatic online dimension detectors narrow tolerance range with tiny single-bar deviation and strong batch uniformity. Unified part specifications during automatic mass production significantly raise finished yield and machining precision.

4. Rich product variety: According to market demand and customer's special requirements, customized products are provided to meet the use requirements under various complex working conditions, providing customers with more choices.

5. Perfect after-sales service: The perfect after-sales service system can respond to customer needs and feedback in a timely manner. For problems encountered by customers during use, technical support and solutions are provided to customers quickly.
